Prices & Billing Information

All creative work at Joseph Hubbard Design is billed by time and scope.
This keeps pricing transparent and flexible for individual projects.

• €125 per 30 minutes (rounded to the nearest 30 minutes)
   
• Minimum session: €300 for the first 2 hours
   

This rate applies to all freelance creative work, including:
• Graphic design and illustration
• 3D modeling
• Digital artwork and retouching
• Consultation, sketches, or design edits

• A 50 % advance may be requested before work begins.
   
• Remaining balance due upon delivery of final files.
   
• Payment accepted via bank transfer, PayPal, or online invoice link.
   
• Invoices comply with German freelance accounting standards.

All prices shown exclude 19 % VAT (Umsatzsteuer), which will be added to the final invoice.

Final work is delivered digitally via email, cloud folder, or as print-ready exports (AI, PDF, SVG, PNG, etc.) depending on the project.
Source files are included when agreed upon.

Design time covers all creative work, communication, preparation, and revisions.
Time is tracked precisely and can be itemized on your invoice upon request.
